Anthony Eldridge-Rogers is an executive coach, trainer and organisational consultant working at the intersection of wellbeing, recovery and leadership.
Founder of FRC Worldwide, he developed the Meaning Centred Coaching™ model and has championed coaching as a powerful yet underused resource for behavioural health and human flourishing.
Anthony’s career spans media, environmental work and leadership consulting, with clients from the BBC to Henley Business School. A Fellow of the RSA and Certified Professional Recovery & Wellness Coach, his work blends coaching psychology, self-leadership and meaning-based approaches to help people live and lead well.
